In the event that duties and taxes on any given shipments are incurred and Federal Express advances such duties and taxes on behalf of the payor, the payor will be assessed a surcharge in the amount of $10.00 or 2% (whichever is greater) of the total amount advanced. Rates are based on total weight of all packages on one international Air Waybill. Any fraction of kilogram takes the next higher weight
